The West Seattle Taco Truck

For quite a while now, I've been trying to make it to the West Seattle Taco Truck. Taco trucks are a revered source of Mexican cuisine, and this truck didn't dissapoint.

I went with a simple steak burrito for $6. It's not the biggest burrito in the world, but what it lacks in size it more than makes up in taste. Without any of the provided sauces, it was very mild. This would place it well within the eating abilities of someone who was not fond of spicier foods. I tried both sauces, and I think the green sauce was the hottest, but I wasn't sure. I would describe them as being in the mild to medium range. Anyone who wants it really hot should probably provide their own hot sauce, although I didn't check to see if they had anything else.

It seemed to come with steak, rice, refried beans, lettuce and sour cream. I didn't really pick it apart to find out. It just tasted so good. I think I'm going to be eating at the taco truck more often.

The weight of One Good Burrito
It did however, bring upon conversation on what One Good Burrito would weigh in comparison to cost and size. We placed bets on what the burrito weighed, my guess was like 5 pounds. I was totally off. The first picture shows the true weight-cost-size comparison, just over 1 lb. for a little over $5.
Was it worth it?
Well, the burrito was good, but not One Good Burrito Good...
The quest continues.

That's ONE GOOD BURRITO
The history of One Good Burrito goes like this:
I recently purchased a membership at LA Fitness and was offered a free training session which included a consultation on how to "get in shape". During this training session, the trainer calculated something and came to the sum of 3,000 calories, and asked me "Do you know what 3,000 calories equals?"
"That's like, one good burrito!" I exclaimed.
"Well, I was going for a pound of fat, but one good burrito... that's good too!" he replied.
The following day at work, I was discussing my One Good Burrito comment with Eric and Michael, and we began the search for the One Good Burrito equaling 3,000 calories. We thought perhaps Del Taco would have one, but it wasn't even close.
And thus, the search for One Good Burrito was born!
