When you walk in, you can expect throngs of people clamoring for the taste of freshly grilled meat and tortillas, a salsa bar and authentic Mexican beverages (think Coca Cola with real sugar). I was accompanied by a seasoned TaCarbon expert, so I let him take the wheel when it came time to order. He got me an Assada Burro and a Caramelos. His selections did not disappoint.
(A picture from Yelp - mine turned out blurry)
One thing you will need with any significant amount of food here - water. Enough to get you across the Sonora. This food is dangerously good and if you happen to be too close to this place for too long, you could overdose. If you did, I could promise you it would be worth it.
Rating: ONE GOOD BURRITO!
